Just heard from the bank and our appraisal came back a little low but still high enough to make it work! Yay! Double yay because even though the housing market has crashed we haven't lost much value these past 5 years=) I literally felt the weight of the world disappear for a moment. Still a couple of technical hurdles to cross before we finalize everything. Pray things keep going smoothly=)
